Who we are
Sektra AI was founded in 2026 by people who had spent years running client work out of shared inboxes. We build one product. It connects to the mail and messages a team already has, reads every conversation as it arrives, and keeps a memory of each client.
The problem
Every company says its clients are its most important asset. Then it forgets what it promised them last month. The record of a client relationship is spread across dozens of threads and several mailboxes, and everyone assumes someone else is keeping track. The full record was in the inbox the whole time: every promise, every question, every busy month and every quiet one.
What we built
Sektra connects to Gmail, Outlook and WhatsApp and reads every conversation as it lands. For each client it keeps what was promised, what is still open, and who said it. Then it acts on that memory. It sorts the day by what it would cost to leave a thread another day and hands work to the right person. It drafts the reply, sets the reminder, and watches any account you ask it to for silence.
Nobody fills in a field. The memory builds itself from the mail you already send, and it is ready within the first hour of connecting an inbox.
The name
Sektra comes from secretary. A good secretary knew, without being asked, what you owed whom and by when. That role disappeared from offices years ago. The work did not.

Is Sektra a shared inbox or a CRM?
A shared inbox with a memory. The team works its mail in Sektra, with owners, notes and assignment, and the record of each client builds itself from those conversations. There are no fields to fill in and no pipeline stages; a CRM kept for pipeline stays where it is.
Does Sektra replace Gmail or Outlook?
No. Sektra is a separate workspace that syncs two ways with Gmail, Outlook, IMAP and WhatsApp Business. Mail stays where it is, labels and read state stay in sync, and teammates who are not on Sektra keep working as before.
