Does Sektra send email on our behalf?
Never automatically. Sektra drafts and reminds, but a human always hits send.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export everything before you leave. Then we permanently delete your data, including the relationship memory derived from it. Delete means delete.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you keep what you already paid for.
