Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro, no card required. Connect a inbox or a WhatsApp number, invite the team, and choose Standard or Pro from Billing when the trial ends. If you would rather see it first, book a demo.

What happens when the trial ends?

You pick a plan. Until you do, the workspace is paused: mail keeps syncing and everything stays readable and searchable, while sending, assignments, action items and the assistant wait. Nothing is deleted. Choose Standard or Pro and everything resumes within a minute, with your inboxes, history and the memory built from them intact.

Is every AI feature included in the price?

Yes. Priority scoring, thread summaries, intent tagging, assignment rules, the memory layer and search run on every plan at no extra cost, and there is no AI add-on to buy. Credits apply only to what you actively ask the assistant for: questions, drafts and action items.

What are AI credits, and what happens if we run out?

An assistant question costs 1 credit, an action item 1, and an AI draft 2. Standard includes 500 per seat each month and Pro 2,000, pooled across the team, so a heavy user never blocks a colleague. If you run out, a 500-credit pack is $20, and purchased credits roll over for 12 months.

How far back does Sektra read, and how long does it remember?

On connect, Standard reads the last 12 months of an inbox and Pro the last 36. Trials read 12 months, and moving to Pro unlocks the rest automatically. The memory layer, which powers relationship answers and semantic search, covers 12 months on Standard and your complete history on Pro. Keyword search always covers everything, on every plan.

What counts toward fair use?

Sektra's AI processes up to 3,000 human emails per shared inbox each month on Standard and 10,000 on Pro, which is well clear of normal client work. Newsletters, receipts and notifications never count. Past the cap, mail still arrives instantly and everything already indexed stays searchable. Only AI analysis of new mail waits for the next month, and we never bill overage.

Does Sektra send email on our behalf?

Never automatically. Sektra drafts and reminds, but a person always hits send.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can export everything before you leave. Then we permanently delete your data, including the memory layer derived from it, within 30 days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you keep what you already paid for.
