Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sektra AI (“Sektra”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Service
Sektra provides AI-powered email relationship intelligence by connecting to your Gmail or Google Workspace account. You must be 18 or older to use Sektra. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Gmail Access
Sektra requests read-only access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. We use this access to provide the relationship intelligence features described in our product. We do not send emails on your behalf without explicit action from you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sektra to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
Subscription and Billing
Sektra is offered as a paid subscription service. Billing is handled through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
Sektra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sektra AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your email content remains yours at all times.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sektra at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sektra is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sektra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Sektra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
