Client email for legal and accounting practices, with every request tracked

Filings and engagements depend on documents clients forget to send. Sektra keeps a list of what you asked for, what arrived, and what is still blocking a deadline, so follow-up becomes a query instead of a memory exercise.

Practice email is a ledger of requests: the K-1s asked for twice, the signed engagement letter, the missing statement. Each one blocks something with a date attached, and each one lives in a thread that scrolls out of view.

Sektra lifts requests, commitments and deadlines out of the prose of each thread, keeps them per client, and surfaces the ones running out of time. The assistant answers a question like what is still outstanding for a client with the thread attached.

Shared mailboxes for the practice, personal mailboxes for partners and staff, and one memory across both.

What the assistant tells you
You have requested the K-1s twice. There is no response and the filing deadline is in nine days.

Open requests are tracked against the deadline they block.

The engagement letter went out on the 2nd and has not come back signed.

Anything you are waiting on stays visible until it arrives.

A client who used to reply within a day has not replied in two weeks.

A change in a client's rhythm is surfaced early.

How Sektra fits

Requests and deadlines

Every ask and every date, tracked per client and per matter.

Practice-wide inbox

Shared mailboxes and personal ones, on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, in one workspace with roles and per-inbox access.

Cited answers

The assistant answers from your mail and links the source, which is the standard a practice needs.

Retention and deletion

Data encrypted at rest and deleted within 30 days of leaving. Custom retention on Enterprise.

Common questions

Is client confidentiality protected?
Access is OAuth-only, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, mail is never used to train models, and every teammate sees only the inboxes they are granted. The security page has the full statement.
Can we keep matters separate?
Use tags and per-inbox access to separate matters or practice areas. The memory layer keeps each client's record distinct.
Do we need to migrate anything?
No. Sektra connects over OAuth to the mailboxes you already run and reads the history that is already there.
