Twelve languages across the inbox, the chat widget and the help center

See it on the siteA website bot that answers from your help center and hands over to a person
Turn on the bot in a chat widget and it answers visitors from your help center and public knowledge, with every answer tied to a source. A Talk to a person button is always there, and the bot hands over on its own when the visitor asks, sounds upset, or it has no answer. The teammate gets a summary and a drafted reply.

Set targets for first reply, next reply and resolution, in business hours or around the clock. The clock pauses while you wait on the customer, the assignee is warned before a miss, and the list sorts by what is due soonest. Hit rates are reported by policy, teammate and tag.
See it on the siteLive chat for your website, inside the shared inbox
One short snippet puts a chat widget on your site in your colors. Chats land beside email and WhatsApp with owners, notes, tags and rules. When the visitor leaves, the conversation continues by email or WhatsApp from the same thread, and returning visitors see their past conversations.

See it on the siteSlack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, and a way for your own systems to connect
New conversations, assignments, service level warnings and rule alerts post to Slack and Teams. Fourteen events reach Zapier, your own systems or a card you build beside the thread, and your software can read and write conversations, messages, notes, tags, assignment and contacts.
See it on the siteA knowledge library for the assistant, drafts and the bot
Upload files, point at a website or add Q&A pairs and notes. Each source is team only or public, and applies to the inboxes you choose. The assistant answers from it, drafts lean on it, and the website bot uses only the public sources.
See it on the siteRules with normal checks and AI checks in one engine
A rule is a When, an If and a Then. Checks can be exact, such as the sender's domain or business hours, or AI checks such as whether the message is a refund request. Actions assign, tag, snooze, apply an SLA, send a template reply, draft a reply for a person to send, or alert Slack, Teams or your own systems. Preview a rule against the last 30 days before turning it on.
See it on the siteDrafts in your own tone, and a writing assistant in the composer
The assistant learns each person's tone from their sent replies and drafts in it. In the composer, rewrite, shorten, make friendlier or more formal, or fix grammar, with undo. Long conversations get a summary on top.
