The AI assistant for Outlook and Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes
Sektra connects to Microsoft 365 mailboxes, including shared mailboxes, over Microsoft's OAuth consent flow, and runs them as one shared inbox with a memory. Focused Inbox, categories and flags keep their meaning on both sides.
Shared mailboxes included
Connect a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox with an account that has access to it, and the whole team works it from Sektra.
Categories and flags in sync
Outlook categories map to Sektra tags, flags to stars, and read state moves both ways.
Admin consent handled
Where a tenant requires admin approval, Sektra asks for it once and tells the user exactly what to send their admin.
History on day one
The existing mailbox history is read within the plan's import window to build each client's memory.
Common questions
Does this replace an Outlook shared mailbox?
No. The shared mailbox stays in Microsoft 365. Sektra adds ownership, notes, assignment, the memory layer and the assistant on top of it.
What about Focused Inbox?
Sektra reads Microsoft's Focused and Other classification and uses it as one input to its own priority scoring, so promotional mail stays out of the way.
Does it need a Microsoft 365 admin?
Only if your tenant restricts third-party consent. Sektra shows the exact consent request to forward when that is the case.
