Common questions
Do we have to move our mail?
No. Mail stays in Gmail. Sektra syncs with it, and anyone who is not on Sektra keeps working in Gmail unaffected.
Which Google permissions does Sektra ask for?
Read, modify and send scopes on the connected mailbox, requested through Google's OAuth consent flow and used only to run the inbox. Sektra complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Can we connect a Google Group or alias?
Connect the mailbox that receives the group's mail, or the alias's underlying account. Sektra treats it as a shared inbox with per-teammate access.
