A WhatsApp Business shared inbox for client teams

Clients write on WhatsApp because it is where they are. Sektra connects a WhatsApp Business number through your provider and runs it as a shared inbox next to email, with the same ownership, notes, priority and memory, so a client who emails on Monday and messages on Wednesday is one relationship.

One number, the whole team

Conversations are threads with an owner, notes, tags and history. No shared phone, no screenshots.

The 24-hour window, handled

Free-form replies inside the customer window, approved templates outside it, from the same composer, with delivery and read state shown on each message.

Templates managed in Sektra

Create and submit message templates for review, with the structural checks that avoid a rejection, and reuse the approved ones from the composer.

One memory across channels

A contact's email and WhatsApp history sit in one record, so briefings, commitments and quiet-account flags read across both.

Common questions

Which providers are supported?
Any WhatsApp Business Solution Provider that exposes the WhatsApp Business Platform. Connect with the credentials your provider issues; Sektra stores them encrypted.
Can we import previous conversations?
Where the provider makes history available, Sektra imports it within the plan's import window so the memory starts complete.
Does WhatsApp count as a shared inbox on my plan?
Yes. A connected number is one shared inbox, the same as a shared mailbox.
