The AI assistant that runs your shared inbox
Sektra sits on your team's Gmail or Outlook as one shared inbox, with a memory layer underneath. It holds every promise, briefs you before you reply, and tells you which client has gone quiet before they tell you.
What your assistant does every day
No dashboards to babysit, no fields to fill in. Your assistant reads every thread as it arrives, decides what deserves you first, and remembers the rest so you do not have to.
An inbox that sorts itself
Every thread scored by what it costs you to ignore, and labelled by what it is asking for. You open the day already triaged rather than sorting it yourself
The memory layer
Every commitment, open question and next step, per contact and per company, remembered for the whole team
An assistant that acts
Ask what you promised, or hand it the work: draft this, remind me Thursday, chase them if they go quiet. It answers with sources and follows through
One inbox for the team, sorted by what actually matters
Every shared-inbox tool hands you a queue in the order things arrived. Sektra reads each thread as it lands, weighs what it costs you to ignore, and puts the day in front of you already ordered. On Gmail or Outlook, without moving your mail.
Walk in briefed, every reply and every call
Open any contact and see the whole relationship, not a pile of threads. The context buried across months of email, assembled for you.
Ask it anything. Or simply hand it the work
“What did we promise Halbrook?” “Remind me to chase the SOW on Thursday.” “Draft a reply confirming the audit is in scope.” It answers from your team's entire history and cites its sources, and when you hand it work it schedules the reminder, writes the draft, and brings the thread back at the moment it matters.
The parts a growing team asks for next
Reporting your leadership will actually read, and the integrations that put what matters in front of the team where they already work.
Advanced analytics
First-response and resolution times as percentiles rather than averages, so one bad week does not hide behind a mean. Broken down per teammate, per inbox and per client, alongside the commitments and deadlines your team made, met, or is running late on.
Slack
What deserves the team's attention arrives in the channel they already watch, so nothing waits on someone happening to open the inbox.
Zapier
Send what happens in your inbox onward to the rest of your stack, so Sektra fits the tools you already run rather than replacing them.
Hired in 90 seconds. Working in the background from then on.
Connect Gmail or Outlook
OAuth on Google or Microsoft, so we never see a password. Disconnect anytime
Sektra reads the history
The memory layer builds itself from the context buried across months of threads
Your team joins one inbox
Invite teammates; every client conversation gets an owner and shared context
Ask, do not dig
Where do we stand? What did we promise? Ask in plain language and the answer comes from your real history
Already using a shared inbox tool? Keep the inbox. Gain the assistant.
Shared inbox tools give you a tidier queue: rules, tags and tickets that organize the triage your team still does by hand. Sektra staffs the inbox instead. It reads every thread, decides what needs you first, remembers what was promised, and flags the relationships cooling off. That is the difference.

Get in touchWhich email providers does Sektra work with?
Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365. You connect over OAuth on either stack, and one team can mix both inside the same shared inbox.
Do we have to move our mail out of Gmail or Outlook?
No. Sektra connects over OAuth and works alongside the mail your team already uses. Nothing migrates, and nothing changes for the people writing to you.
Is our email used to train AI models?
Never. Your mail is processed only to build your team's private memory layer. It never trains our models or anyone else's.
How long does setup actually take?
About 90 seconds: connect Gmail or Outlook, invite your team, done. Sektra reads your history in the background and is fully briefed within the hour.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Delete means delete. Cancel anytime, and your mail data and every derived memory are permanently removed within 30 days.
How is this different from Front, Hiver, or Help Scout?
Those tools give you a tidier queue: rules, tags and tickets that help organize the triage your team still does by hand. Sektra staffs the inbox instead. It reads every thread, decides what needs you first, remembers every promise, drafts replies, and briefs you before calls. And every AI feature is part of the plan price, not an add-on or an upper tier.
Can the assistant do things, or only answer questions?
Both. Ask it what you promised a client and it answers with links to the threads. Tell it to remind you on Thursday, draft a reply, or flag an account if it goes quiet, and it does that too. Anything you hand it enters the same priority system as your mail, so it resurfaces at the right moment rather than sinking into a list.
What does Sektra integrate with beyond email?
Mail connects directly over Gmail or Outlook. Beyond that, Sektra sends what matters outward: into Slack, so the team sees it in the channel they already watch, and through Zapier into the rest of the tools you run. Deeper two-way integrations are on the roadmap.
How is this different from a CRM?
CRMs require your team to manually log every interaction. Nobody does it consistently so the data goes stale. Sektra reads what is already in your inbox automatically. No data entry, no new habits, no maintenance required.
