Lens is the panel on the right of every open thread. It shows the relationship behind the conversation: whether they are waiting on you, when you last and first spoke, and the history of every earlier thread. It also shows the promises open in both directions and, with a calendar connected, your meetings with them. It is built from the mail your team already has; nobody types into it.
Opening it
Click the Lens button at the right edge of an open thread. Lens has two tabs: Relationship and Assistant. The Assistant tab is the same assistant as Cmd+K, scoped to this thread.
Insights
The contact is picked from the participants; Participants at the top lets you switch when a thread has several. Insights shows Awaiting reply (whose move it is), Last contact and First contact, and a Contact history chart of messages over time. High priority appears when the current thread is ranked high. No previous relationship found means this is the first thread with that contact.
History
A timeline of every thread with this contact across the inboxes you can read, each with its date and summary, newest first. All threads covers email and WhatsApp together when the contact's number is linked to their email.
Open promises
What you promised and what they promised, with dates, drawn from the text of the conversations. Each row links to its thread. Looks delivered marks a promise that seems to have been met in another thread; Sektra suggests closing it and never closes it on its own. Mark one done, change its date or cancel it, and that correction is kept against later analysis.
Meetings
With your Google or Outlook calendar connected, Lens shows the next and last meeting with this contact and how many you have had in 90 days. See How to connect your calendar.
Linked email
On a WhatsApp conversation, Lens offers Linked email: enter the contact's email address and their WhatsApp and email history become one record.
